Although cats and dogs spend a lot of time licking their coat, they may still need extra help to keep clean and tangle-free. Removing dead hair helps the skin to “breathe” and enables the coat to provide insulation from cold, heat and wet weather. Long or fine coats can present particular challenges, so teaching your dog or cat to enjoy grooming from the outset will make their life and yours easier. Reaching those further away spots becomes harder as animals age and you may need to check for knots and tangles more often. We can also help you to use themes effective tools for your dog’s or cat’s coat type.

Once your cat or dog is comfortable with the process, we can provide support for your first visit to a professional groomer and can work with your groomer to ensure continued stress-free grooming. All training is fear and force free.

The minimum course is 6 hourly sessions for dogs and 12 half hourly sessions for cats and costs £600.

Additional sessions can be booked at £100 per hour (dogs) or £50 per half hour (cats).
