“We made so many mistakes with our last Irish terrier – we couldn’t even let him off lead. Luckily I found Charlotte at just the right time when we got our new puppy. As a scientist, I was particularly impressed with Charlotte’s qualifications and the fact that the training methods are backed up by proven evidence.
